Jason Ritzke (hereafter Rtzq0) is a professional computer systems engineer. Depending on the game of buzzword bingo being played at the time he may be classified as:
- “Blue Team”
- “Red Team”,
- “Full Stack”
- “Magical Fairy Princess”
He has no problem with any of these. Seriously
Rtzq0 thinks that the problem is often more important than the solution, and likes to be patient, exacting, and rigorous. This is one of the things that makes him quite good at IT, software development, and infosec.
Rtzq0 also believes that the most important thing is always the people. Seriously
Rtzq0 is a heretical Hebrew, a feminist, a humanist, a hacker, and a socialist-libertarian. He believes that sharing these truths about himself shouldn’t keep him from learning and respecting different truths about others.
Rtzq0’s hobbies include:
- Anime (yes really)
- Computers, computers, computers
Short bio for events or interviews:
Jason Ritzke is a senior systems engineer with Taos. He specializes in secure, effective deployments of open-source software that help businesses and individuals achieve their goals and dreams. He helps run DC562 and is a maintainer of the Reclass external node classifier.
Unimportant minutiae for identity thieves:
Rtzq0 was born on the 3rd floor of a hospital that no longer exists in Minot, ND. This means that he was walking on air from a very young age. He grew up in Cedar Rapids, IA with his mother and adoptive father and adopted siblings. Then the city flooded and all records were lost and the state of California did not believe he was a US citizen.
These are the jokes people
Rtzq0 was homeschooled through high-school and received his undergraduate degree in liberal arts from St. John’s College, Annapolis. He then proceeded into the totally unrelated field of computer systems engineering with great success.
Now he is married and doing awesome stuff and helping people in Los Angeles. His wife is awesome and draws stuff and does comics and you can find her at sangaman.ga.
